Casa Boa Vista is located on the estate Herdade da Marmeleira, a 250-year-old historic gentlemen farm ('quinta') situated in the province Alentejo in the middle of a nature park around Évoramonte, 30km northeast from Évora.

The 38m² studio apartment contains a sitting room with two single beds, a kitchenette with microwave, a bathroom and a living room with TV.

There are a number of collective facilities and activities like a garden and shared swimming pool. There is also a communal dining room, a small book of arts library, a big concert- and conference area and diverse studios.

There is a lake 1.5km from the house.
