The villa is in the area of Marciana Marina, located in the locality of Lavacchio, surrounded by a lush greenery and witha wonderful view over the villages of Poggio, Marciana and Monte Capanne, besides enjoying the sea view from the garden. The pretty town of Marciana Marina is far from about 4 km, with the splendid promenade and the marina with two small beaches. Marciana Marina has retained over the years the original 19th-century urban planning and architectural character and is the ideal starting point for boat trips to the islands of Capraia and Pianosa. The Villa is located in a dominant position overlooking the village a few kilometres from downtown and beaches, inserted into a dream-like setting with wonderful views over the Valley between the villages of Poggio and Marciana and with a great view over the sea to Capraia. The Villa was originally an ancient farmhouse and it has been restored maintainingthe architectural traits and old style. Composed on the ground floor of a spacious living room with kitchenette with granite fireplace, a double bedroom, a large bathroom, a comfortable bedroom with bathroom and independent access; it has also a large indoor area with well equipped porch with a kitchenette and oven, large table, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. Upstairs, a large loft with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub. Country style furniture.
