This family friendly house "Haus Barbara" is situated outside of the resort, 2 kilomtres from the centre of Siegsdorf.
The two-room apartment of 40 m2, on the top floor, with sloping ceilings.
The living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, cable-TV and radio and exit to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with an exit to the balcony.
The kitchenette (microwave, electric coffee machine. The balcony and its furniture are to your disposal.
For shared use you will have grounds of 4'000 m2 and a meadow. A tennis table, terrace, children's playground ( with swing and sandpit). The parking is by the house.
The nearest supermarket is situated 2 km. away from the property, restaurant 2 km., railway station "Bergen" 2 km., outdoor swimming pool 2 km., indoor swisming pool 9 km.
A golf course (18 hole) 9 km., ski lift 2 km., cross-country ski trail is only 500 metres away.
Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Winklmoos 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Chiemsee 16 km. Please note: car is essential.
